I think that it is absolutely no one else's business what happens to a woman's body. Furthermore, I do not consider a fetus to truly be more than a clump of cells until after it has matured past the 20 week mark. Even so, if the fetus is harming the woman after the first 20 weeks to the point that her life is on the line, I can understand the difficult decision to decide the fate of the fetus.
